VFXMilk Visual Effects was founded by a small team of award-winning VFX supervisors and producers in 2013 and now employs over 200 staff across its sites in London and Cardiff.
Milk Visual Effects create innovative and complex sequences for feature films, high-end television and digital content, and was named one of the top 100 fastest growing British tech companies in the Sunday Times Hiscox Tech Track 100 in September 2017. Milk also won an Emmy in 2016 for work on the BBC/Hartswood Film ‘s Sherlock; and in 2016 co-founder Sara Bennett became the first woman in twenty years to win an Oscar for best VFX on the film Ex-Machina at the 88th Academy Awards.
The academy Award-winning visual effects studio creates innovative and complex sequences for high-end television and feature films such as Adrift; Alex Garland ‘s Annihilation; Kingsman: The Golden Circle; Netflix‘ Altered Carbon; Philip K. Dick ‘s Electric Dreams and the BBC ‘s Sherlock. Milk has won multiple awards for its creative work, including three consecutive BAFTA Television Craft awards for Doctor Who and critically acclaimed BBC drama Jonathan Strange & Mr Norrell.
