Bristol-based Moonraker VFX was recently chosen as one of the 2023 Broadcast Best Places to Work in Television.
Bristol VFX studio, Moonraker VFX, has put Bristol on the map for creatives working in the UK television industry, having been chosen as one of the 2023 Broadcast Best Places to Work in Television. From 44 companies, Moonraker has been ranked as one of the top five non-indies, alongside other Bristol-based companies Offspring Films, RDF West and Wildstar Films, proving that Bristol should be at the top of the list for professionals working in production, post-production and television.
The announcement is in recognition of Moonraker’s ongoing commitment to its people, culture and award-winning portfolio of projects they deliver across the broadcast, immersive and visitor attraction sectors, following data collected from an extensive employer and employee engagement survey that analysed Moonraker’s company’s practices, programmes and benefits.
The studio’s distinction as an industry-leading workplace comes at a time of rapid growth for the business, recently launching its first licensable film for immersive, screen-based experiences. With a trusted reputation working with clients like Apple, Netflix, National Geographic, BBC and Disney, their new fulldome 4k film, Moonbase: The Next Step will provide the studio a new level of brand exposure across the international market, helping to fuel their next stage of growth and recruitment.
This announcement is an incredibly proud moment for Moonraker. Celebrating our tenth anniversary this year, we’ve worked hard to build a workplace and culture that invests in both the well-being and personal development of our team. This is recognition of that journey and our long-standing belief in the value of investing in creative talent across the South West. We’re proud to be representing the Bristol creative hub, alongside several other businesses all at the cutting-edge of the UK broadcast industry.
