Kids content comes into focus at Content Americas, which will take place at the Hilton Miami Downtown, Florida, from 23-25 January 2024.
Content Americas aims to connect the Lat Am and North American content business with the world. The inaugural event attracted 1,600 content executives.
Kids content will come into focus at the event next year, with a Hispanic Kids Programming Pitch, a Kids Content Futures session, a Kids Pavilion and a raft of children’s programme buyers and commissioners at the market.
The Content Americas Hispanic Kids Programming Pitch is open for entries, offering a US$20,000 marketing prize for the winner, with shortlisted projects showcased live to the international co-production community at Content Americas. The pitch is open for scripted series and documentaries from the Lat Am and Hispanic programming business looking for international co-production deals to take their projects global. The Kids Content Futures session will feature leading players to discuss next generation kids programming and their requirements for future development. Content Americas will also host a Kids Pavilion on the market floor, and a Kids Content Screenings campaign, which will allow distributors to promote shows ahead of the event.
